Chain Bridge after Agnes
Mardi, Nathan (obscured), Kier, Barry and Jody view Chain Bridge over the Potomac River from the Virginia side. Chain Bridge connects DC and Virginia at DC's northwest corner. This is looking towards DC. Note the foam rising on the bridge's center support. The River beneath Chain Bridge is swollen in the wake of Tropical Storm Agnes in June of 1972.
